Introducing Thrift+ For Browns, our new luxury donation service which allows you to donate your pre-loved pieces, raise money for incredible causes and earn Browns credit in the process. Partnering with Thrift+ is the next step on our lifelong mission to discover new ways to enjoy fashion with a Conscious approach.
1. Order Your ThriftBag
Select ‘Order Your ThriftBag’ and you will be taken to the Thrift+ site to order your free ThriftBag(s).
2. Donate Your Pre-Loved Pieces
Once received, fill your bag with the pre-loved clothes you’d like to donate. Please check the brand and condition requirements here before doing so.
3. Return Your Bag To Thrift+
Register your ThriftBag and return for free at drop-off point or book a home collection for a small fee. Please note, you cannot return the bag to Browns, it must be returned to Thrift+.
4. Give Back And Earn Browns Credit
If your pieces sell, you decide how much you would like to donate to charity. You can also redeem Browns credit by selecting this reward within your Thrift account.
