With guidance from your Personal Shopper, we can create key looks for the season on The Club floor of our new Mayfair flagship store Browns Brook Street or within Browns East’s styling pods in Shoreditch. Head up to the third floor at Browns Brook Street to experience our one-of-a-kind personal shopping and services floor. Book into one of our three unique styling rooms; Jimi, Joan and Nancy paying homage to the famous Brook Street residents Jimi Hendrix and Nancy Lancaster and our very own founder Joan Burstein AKA Mrs B - to try on your favourite designers whilst sipping on a signature cocktail from The Bar. For an extra special treat after your appointment, why not arrange an exclusive beauty treatment hosted in The Parlour or dine out at our award-winning restaurant, Native At Browns.

Browns East's private styling pods operate ground-breaking technology, powered by connected mirrors to make your experience as seamless as possible. Our mirrors put the power in your fingertips, allowing you to request another size or style without leaving the pod. Your Personal Shopper will be on hand to assist with any sartorial requests, and can even book you a space at the hottest places in London if you desire.
